1588. Benaiah Harmon Walker was born on 12 July 1813 in Twp. 2, 1st Range, Hancock, Maine (present: Newburgh Village, Penobscot, Maine). He appeared in the census in 1840 in Posey Twp., Switzerland, Indiana. He appeared in the census on 8 June 1900 in Mission, Shawnee, Kansas. Benaiah died on 10 March 1901 at the age of 87 in Alexandria, Thayer, Nebraska.

Benaiah Harmon Walker and Narcissa Wells were married on 20 June 1832 in Quercus Grove, Switzerland, Indiana. They appeared in the census on 18 November 1850 in District 37, Rock Island, Illinois. Narcissa Wells was born on 24 February 1812 in Ohio. She died on 9 May 1851 at the age of 39 in Rock Island Co., Illinois.

Benaiah and Elmira appeared in the census on 2 June 1880 in Summit, Saline, Kansas. Clymenia "Elmira" Gilman was born in 1821 in Massachusetts. She appeared in the census on 23 August 1850 in Township 5 S 3 W, Pike, Illinois. She died in 1887 at the age of 66.

Benaiah Harmon Walker and Eliza J. Black were married on 19 September 1891 in Riverton, Fremont, Iowa. Eliza J. Black was born about 1821 in Virginia. She died by 1900 at the age of 79.
